Communication from the platform was extremely limited, recruiter support was unresponsive, and there was no transparency regarding candidate progression or hiring activity. The platform also never requested recruiter payout or payment details despite operating as a pay-per-deal model, which raised concerns about process legitimacy and operational transparency.
