I joined HTT in the middle of 2015 not really knowing what to expect, and somewhat doubting the crowdstorming model could really work. Since then, I've gone from one pleasant surprise to another, my commitment has turned into quasi full-time work alongside a crowd of passionate people, and I'm loving it -- this is the way I like to work. The management structure is very flat and flexible, I enjoy frequent interactions with the executives. Dirk Alhborn and Bibop Gresta are completely different and completely complementary, and they share the same vision and passion for the future of transportation. I find the whole environment very inspiring and motivating.

Minpunten

There is often a discrepancy between the timelines that are announced publicly and our actual product and business development; this has led to some amount of public and media backlash. External expectations could be better managed.

Great opportunity to always learn something new because the company is always evolving. There are plenty of opportunities to take on more and make an impact if you are proactive about it. Interesting work and great, talented people to work with, including an amazing network of contributors and partners in top companies and organizations globally. Minpunten

Sometimes too easily distracted by side projects and non-core competencies but this is improving. The business model means that sometimes projects or resources are out-of-sync with immediate company goals or project needs. There is an emphasis on global collaboration, but sometimes key meetings happen locally and global team members are not considered or informed.
