I was promoted within the company in less than a year. I ended up being fired for lack of management ethics. I was humiliated and ridiculed via Facebook and the ethics committee did absolutely nothing in my defense. I asked to change the area, there was a possibility within the company and the new manager had already asked for the job for me, but the management in question fired me before the move and those responsible for the company's ethics did nothing to stop it.
