Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback, we always appreciate it and try to learn from it. I am glad you think the Hyperoptic product is excellent; I couldn’t agree more. I am sorry, however, that your experience of working here has not matched our intent of making Hyperoptic the best company to work for. We are growing incredibly quickly and have re-organised many of our teams and internal structures. Change has been rapid and constant – and this is often what makes Hyperoptic an exciting and dynamic place to be. But this means that we need to adapt how we work together, to make sure that all voices are heard. Our focus has been on growing the company (from 300 to 1000+ people in the last year) and this needs to balance with developing our colleagues. We want to do this with the full input of our people and are carrying out regular listening exercises across the company to ensure we capture different views and ideas, which we will then act upon.
