While the high degree of flexibility is a major pro, the flip side is the expectation that every employee must be a true owner, proactively driving their own work without constant supervision.

Terrible Leadership that doesn't listen or seem to care. Their arrogance is so surprising in that they don't care about anyones opinion or seem to worry about the mass exodus of employees and legacy knowledge fleeing the company. They've had multiple rounds of layoffs with little to no communication or plan. Definitely do your homework before considering going here. They've let go a large number of employees but never backfilled and expects everyone to do work outside of what they were hired for. They keep combining roles with no consideration of workload or work life balance. They've taken do more with less way to far to the point people are leaving.
