      1. Need to learn multitasking, handle projects at the same time 2. Lower market salary. 3. Sometimes require you to work outside office hours 4. Benefits - meh. They just included the AL, EL, MC : which all are common benefits and is a regulatory. Its not considered benefits, its just compliance. Benefits should be like “birthday leave” // “optical benefits” and so on. But of course, maybe they got this kind if you’re working more than 5 years with them i think? Also, they did not include any WFH option. No flexibility, and have to apply AL or EL everytime

      Minpunten

      Normal working environment. Some staff toxic and some of them very helpful and good person. You can see Management level put a 'barrier'to non management level staff
