Nice people, nice environment to work in. Very inclusive, most employees are women and it's important to management.

Minpunten

Basically leadership is in charge of all of the infra and software design, and the teams are flocks of engineers implementing business logic, without end to end ownership. The design is very outdated, with tons of legacy code that's still maintained and used for no reason, especially in the era of actual robust SOTA conversational AI infra. Also HR is aggressive on getting good glassdoor reviews, which is why the company is ranked so highly. I asked about this in the interview and they weren't transparent about it.
