Pluspunten

Great coworkers, pushes you creatively, independent, interesting work and positive clients. I came to IA after a substantial career working for agencies that kept getting acquired and subsequently the culture got squashed and the work suffered. It’s energizing to be back at a place where we control our destiny and are empowered to “solve the right problems” for our clients. The caliber of talent is very high yet the politics are non-existent. There will be the occasional late night if you’re on a hot project but overall the work/life balance is very good. Summer Fridays!

Minpunten

With a smaller independent shop you inevitably experience growing pains from time to time. Management is open to feedback and actively working on adding new policies and structure as we grow, but this could be frustrating if you are used to a big corporate environment.
