The salary and benefits are outstanding. The work is really important (part of the UN), and it is great working with colleagues from all around the world.
Minpunten
It is the UN. Everything moves slowly. Additionally, rarely do the managers actually manage, which can be frustrating if you want to get things done quickly. It can be a difficult place for young people to work in, as there is very little incentive or reward for putting in extra effort.
