Great benefits and perks. teams outside of department are really nice. Some interesting work and ability to improve things. Culture outside of department positive. Outlook can be positive.

Minpunten

Toxic Executive leader and second in command bully manager in legal department. Small group completely dysfunctional and arranged this way from the top. Leadership is insecure, does not care about team too focused on own job. smoke in mirrors management approach. No learning, stressful environement whatever goes rules for a legal dept lol. Old leadership classes with new ideas, stifling, forced to give up or leave.

Great co-workers, non-political company environment and people are willing to help each other. Company has a good balance sheet and the potential to do great things.

Minpunten

Company tries to keep all options open instead of using their cash to build long term shareholder value. Company needs to decide on a plan forward and execute.
