- Highly supportive staff - Plenty of resources available for lesson planning - Flexibility with lesson planning - Prepared syllabus for most levels (except Proficiency)

- Inflexible PTO policies - Job stability depends on student numbers - Location has gotten rougher over the years

The staff number is quite low now as are student numbers. This means classes are small and we can teach more effectively

The have been some lay offs and there can be a lot of issues with management regarding pay/increases. They can also be very strict, which is good unless you need time off. Not much room for career growth as it has only two levels of teaching staff.
