They take training seriously. Some of the other reviews said that they don't do training at all, and that is nonsense. There were several events to learn more about making calls work and getting through gatekeepers and that sort of thing every week. The guy who worked directly over me was awesome and became a friend. The opportunity to advance is there.
Minpunten
My biggest beef with Ibank really is the same one would have with many sales companies - no base pay. They also rarely paid you on time. They also never sent my last check. The structure is there to have a great company, but it is squandered in many ways through the greed of the company itself, and I wanted to love it there but so much was wrong.
I get the idea of training before paying, but people have to eat and their leads suck. You will learn a lot, and it is valuable, but do not come here if you don't have another source of income. They will dangle promotions in your face but the workers with hourly pay are not on the sales floor. So in a few months you will be working with strangers.
