Just truly horrific. Especially those that work out of LA. Ego-driven, fear-based everything. Behind closed doors, these people are so mean to each other. If you interview, ask them about their retention rate...

Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
