We hope you reported your complaints to our confidential hotline and discussed them with your HR Business Partner prior to leaving the company. We do wish you’d had the time to engage with our diversity and inclusion efforts before you moved on from ICF. Our CEO has publicly signed the CEO Action for Diversity, a commitment to undertaking the complex journey that promotes diversity and inclusion. We were also just recently ranked a top place to work for Diversity & Inclusion by Forbes based on employee feedback and dimensions of difference in our workforce.
