I celebrate every day by going to work :). It’s a real pleasure to work with amazing people, great management who really care about us - employees. The big advantage of working for IDB Mobile is that it provides an opportunity for everyone to learn a lot more and gain experience for a better position.

There is always something that will improve the work and atmosphere in IDB Mobile, but I think our management takes care of everything. We have a monthly conversation with a superior where we can express our satisfaction / dissatisfaction and therefore we function in the best possible way. That is why in the end we are all happy and satisfied.

I will single out just a few things that make this company so great...First of all, we are all one family here, and we have that "home" feeling. We have so many benefits, like every-day lunch, the best coffee in the world :), amazing team buildings, paid educations every year, super cool parties...I could write at least 10 more benefits but I'll keep them for other colleagues :)
