Normally, Sr managers and DGM level people intract with HOD and they manipulate skills of their peers working under them. high level of sophistication can be seen in Sr managers. I think company should revise selection criteria specially for Sr manager gp Bcoz most of functions are led by Sr managers and this group is found less compatible to handle entire function, found more insecure and are most political in nature! These are the guy to whom I observed destroying the company values, culture and the career of an employee!
