      Reputation for being a harsh company and people demotivated. Code of conduct and harassment policies have often been violated with no measures taken by HR against offenders. Whistleblower procedure is a fake and employees fear retaliation.

      Most of our employees report being satisfied with their experience at IDT and we take care every day to foster an environment of respect and entrepreneurship that accepts all cultures and viewpoints. We take any allegations of harassment or illegal activity quite seriously and would appreciate it if you send us more information at contact@idt.net Our whistleblower policy is up to date, listed on our corporate intranet, and is followed very seriously. Human Resources takes all reports from all of our teams very seriously.
