Pluspunten

- nice new offices in a great location - some very talented people (most of which have left or are looking to) - flexi hours - big FTSE accounts/clients - decent salary

Minpunten

- base product is very basic as a solution, needs more focus on R&D and improving this - development needs a lot of work, consistent issues based on product and lack of resources - no room for creativity bases on restrictions of core product - some processes have been an issue for years and no closer to resolving - very profit focused, made loads of redundancies, yet kept mentioning increased profits but apparently no money for pay rises - unsociable - not enough focus on developing juniors - not enough team members that are actually suitable for client facing meetings - projects always underscoped/under sold - CEO is a trump supporter

Pluspunten

IDX gives you room to actually do your job. The leadership team trusts experienced people to think, challenge ideas, and make decisions instead of micromanaging. Collaboration across teams is real, not just something talked about in meetings. Smart people, solid process, and a genuine push to adapt as marketing and AI continue to evolve. If you care about outcomes and not just optics, this is a good place to work. There’s also a healthy respect for work life balance, especially compared to many agencies. Expectations are clear, communication is direct, and performance is measured on impact rather than hours logged.

Minpunten

Like most growing organizations, things can move fast and priorities can shift. That can be uncomfortable if you need everything perfectly defined before moving forward. Some processes are still evolving, which is the tradeoff for not being overly rigid.

Pluspunten

The culture here is a standout. People are genuinely collaborative, helpful, and respectful of each other’s time. As a Project Manager in a performance marketing environment, I’ve appreciated how cross-functional teams partner to solve problems quickly and keep work moving. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and there’s a healthy emphasis on work-life balance, which makes it easier to do great work without burning out.

Minpunten

There is a documented 30-day ramp for new hires, which is helpful, but the learning curve can still be steep depending on the role/team. You need to be a strong self-starter to consistently hit that timeline, and some processes are learned through experience rather than through fully standardized, role-specific training.
