What’s sad is that the current executive team won’t actually care about any of these negative reviews being left. They’ll fiercely defend themselves and not elicit any change. However, that won’t hold me back from sharing what I know so others don’t suffer by entering this company. I wish the investors would take a look at Glassdoor and understand why the business is currently tanking. This company’s recent problems stem from the CEO, but his newly hired posse isn’t free from blame. The company has become very top-heavy, with several global executives and leaders who contribute nothing to the success of the business. Numbers speak louder than words. Instead, you’re met with male egos and fear-driven leadership. It seems the CEO changes his mind every other day about what he wants this company to be. At every town hall there is a new target audience and product being half-launched. It appears he’s in way over his head. I've witnessed several female colleagues get ignored or talked down to in meetings and on internal calls with leadership and male peers. It’s a shame because they were some of our top talent. Some left because they didn’t feel valued, and I don’t blame them. I’ve watched top talent run from this company even before they had layoffs. I used to be able to say that I worked with some of the brightest minds. I learned so much from collaborating on clients with my peers. But that collaborative, happy atmosphere is no longer present at Investis Digital. If you’re interviewing with Investis Digital (iDX), don’t bother considering their desperate offer. It’s not worth your energy.

We're growing and evolving but that includes change that can sometimes be uncomfortable for people who are comfortable with the status quo. There have been a handful of new leaders brought in around the world, specifically in areas that we are investing heavily in - creative strategy and execution, performance marketing, tech and tech delivery. This shows our commitment to growth and evolution in these areas. No doubt, our CEO is passionate about this growth an evolution, having successfully done the same with other businesses many times. his direction is consistent and each town hall has shown achievement of movements in the direction he laid out when he started with the business. This includes technology products, company direction and initiatives. If you're not clear on, or need additional information to provide clarity, we encourage you to reach out to any of the company leadership and they will happily spend some time answering questions and providing you with information to better understand the singular message and the evolution of initiatives that you're struggling with. We place great value on the diverse perspectives our employees bring to the table. We're sorry to hear that you somehow believe female colleagues are less valued. Our Executive Leadership team is half female and they provide powerful perspective and leadership in areas such as technology/product, finance, marketing and client service. Our senior leaders consist of many more broadly diverse people who are leading the charge each and every day. Again, we're sad to hear your perspective; however, you may have friends and colleagues who are no longer with the business for any number of reasons. We encourage you to speak with leadership about your concerns so that the bigger picture and reality of the business can be clearer to you. We're excited about the future of the company and the great talent we have all around.

Pluspunten

IDX gives you room to actually do your job. The leadership team trusts experienced people to think, challenge ideas, and make decisions instead of micromanaging. Collaboration across teams is real, not just something talked about in meetings. Smart people, solid process, and a genuine push to adapt as marketing and AI continue to evolve. If you care about outcomes and not just optics, this is a good place to work. There’s also a healthy respect for work life balance, especially compared to many agencies. Expectations are clear, communication is direct, and performance is measured on impact rather than hours logged.

Minpunten

Like most growing organizations, things can move fast and priorities can shift. That can be uncomfortable if you need everything perfectly defined before moving forward. Some processes are still evolving, which is the tradeoff for not being overly rigid.

Pluspunten

The culture here is a standout. People are genuinely collaborative, helpful, and respectful of each other’s time. As a Project Manager in a performance marketing environment, I’ve appreciated how cross-functional teams partner to solve problems quickly and keep work moving. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and there’s a healthy emphasis on work-life balance, which makes it easier to do great work without burning out.

Minpunten

There is a documented 30-day ramp for new hires, which is helpful, but the learning curve can still be steep depending on the role/team. You need to be a strong self-starter to consistently hit that timeline, and some processes are learned through experience rather than through fully standardized, role-specific training.
