It's important for readers to fully understand where we are as a business and the evolution that you may not have been comfortable with. We did recently have a layoff in the USA, which impacted our Phoenix team, including some (senior) department leaders. This reduction was conducted for a few reasons first and foremost because the company staffed excessively during the pandemic time and was not level set when a good bit of business leveled off in the year or so following. Unfortunately, we were forced to make this difficult decision and with no intention to have to do so again. More importantly, as the business evolves into a more broad content agency, we needed to realign and remove certain functions and departments to ensure that all fits into the new structure for future success - a much more creative rooted agency that provides deeper value and targeted solutions to clients. As has been announced internally, while we never want to have to downsize anywhere, we did this action while still heavily investing in creative talent, performance marketing strategy/talent/direction and technology products and talent. One of the main points has been a deep integration with UK/India/USA, that pulls away some of the autonomy you may have felt in the past and which drives some or all of your perspective. Change is never easy; however, we are transparent with our internal movements and hear that the majority of staff are on-board and excited with our growth. We're sad to hear you have a negative perspective, which may be driven by being impacted by our recent action; however, we respect your perspectives as your own. Thank you again.
