There is a pretty diverse array of projects to work on, and the work itself is interesting. Most of the people are very good to work with once you've been there a while and have a feel for personalities. The pay is good for the area, time off is very good, and there are opportunities to prove yourself and improve your skills. Overall a pretty good place if a few issues could be fixed.

It can be a very rough environment, with a lot of pressure from the management in all different directions. The place could run a lot more smoothly with just a small amount of initial training for new employees and some shop employees not being rude and disrespectful all the time. You are rewarded for your effort, however.

Constant work, if that's all you want to do. Its ALL about the work, they are a job-shop. Pay is reasonable. Environment is quiet.

NO professional development, there is a 'break' buzzer, even for the salaried individuals, half the owners are amazingly unprofessional (they swear at you when they get mad). There are individuals that are 'untouchable' favorites. Talking during work , unless its about work, is looked down upon. There were cameras watching you. Expectation is 50+ hours (no overtime or comp time) People are afraid to speak-up because of the rule by fear mentality.
