Incredible product and technology that helps people instantly. Opportunity to grow from ground up of a business with good runway and see many parts of a company instead of being siloed in one vertical. Alignment of interests, team members rewarded as company grows and lots of upward mobility and responsibility is offered. Goal oriented with check ins. Company values proactive team members who can work independently and think critically with good communication. The company is venturing into a new market with its technology, so will have to prove itself out. Standard startup growing pains. Certain projects can be very demanding, but management wants to give people responsibility and opportunity to lead projects and grow. Fast growing startup is not for typical 9-5 jobseekers, a lot of hard work involved to achieve a great mission.
