1. The CEO/boss of the company is an arrogant person. He"ll shout and yell at you without any reason.
2. Poor HR policies, no incentives and conveyance on time. You have to travel to client's site by rikshaw. They don't even pay you for auto.
3. At times you have to work for all the 7 days.
4. They"ll ask you to collect the cash/cheque from the client's address.
5. No fixed working location, they may change your working location to any corner in Delhi NCR.
