Management don't trust the lower level employees so lots of effort is needed to get basic information, which really slows things down. You also have to record a lot of information but are unable to access it later, it is like feeding a monster.

Many thanks for your candid recommendation, we appreciate it. We operate in a very decentralized group of businesses where trust is essential- and so are common IT systems that provide full transparency
