Staff are subjected to unethical treatment, and job roles are consistently misrepresented. Communication is poor, change management is appalling, and the organisational culture promotes siloed working and toxic, hierarchical micromanagement, fostering deceitful practices and frantic budget-oriented behaviour. Rampant politics, largely driven by inadequate middle management, overshadow crucial matters like ethics, sustainability, and wellbeing, with mere lip service provided.
