Verbal abuse of employees in front of others seemed to be norm. On one instance one senior team member was driven to tears, in front of everyone else. One manager had tantrums that made work a bitter experience. The company didn't take improvement suggestions with open mind. The annual review of team members was a joke, since the upper level management operates on principles of nepotism. Progress within company is unlikely since management is unwilling to explore its own weaknesses. Management lacks accountability for its own errors.
