Verbal abuse of employees in front of others seemed to be norm. On one instance one senior team member was driven to tears, in front of everyone else. One manager had tantrums that made work a bitter experience. The company didn't take improvement suggestions with open mind. The annual review of team members was a joke, since the upper level management operates on principles of nepotism. Progress within company is unlikely since management is unwilling to explore its own weaknesses. Management lacks accountability for its own errors.

The IMO management team welcomes all comments (whether good or bad) and is always looking for ways to improve as we continue to grow. We take this comment seriously. While not aware of the specific event(s) related in this post, we truly regret the feelings conveyed here. IMO has worked very hard to be in a position to expand our workforce by 30%+ per year for each of the last three years. This growth does provide advancement opportunities for employees. It also can cause some growing pains. We will take this comment to heart and look into how we can improve management development and communications in the work place, to the benefit of our employees.

Unrealistic delivery expectations driven by aggressive timelines and a strong emphasis on rapid execution Leadership introduced AI-assisted development tools, which has at times created expectations that complex projects can be completed much faster than is realistically sustainable Many team members are experiencing burnout due to the pace and workload demands Product leadership is highly ambitious and often commits to a broad range of requests, which can create prioritization and resource challenges
