Upper management has no idea how to properly run a business, but loves to talk and act like they do (they also love to start drama). Absolutely no opportunity or room for growth. Company does not value their employees (sorry no raise but have a pizza party on us). Honestly, I can go on for HOURS but I don't even want to waste anymore of my time here - just do yourself the favor and steer clear of this soul sucking company :)
