Minpunten
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a toxic work culture at Intera. Despite its potential, the company struggled with systemic issues, including racist remarks from management and project leads that were not adequately addressed by HR/Jennifer Louviere. On several occasions, I witnessed people break down in tears after being yelled at by management, which created an incredibly hostile environment. The remarks made about minority groups and various demographics were completely inappropriate. It was appalling to witness such behavior in a professional setting. I hope that in the future, the company will take concrete steps to rectify these problems and create a more inclusive and respectful work environment.
