Work from Home Possibility and No rush during night shift. Also, PR support given for customer support roles but they are in office not for work from home.

Minpunten

Lesser supervisor, can be stressful at times when the issue is quite complex, other than that always some new campaigns, training is too basic for all issue resolution and unable to achieve sales targets due to unsatisfied customers
