      Pluspunten

      You have opportunities to travel the country to build the iPic culture. The Corporate team is growing stronger and stronger every single day. Soon this company will be indestructible. There are a lot of positive changes being made to the training and the company in general.

      Minpunten

      This location has a lot of growing pains as there is almost an entirely new management team. From personal experiences at this location, staff isn't taken serious when they speak to management.

      Fast-paced with great money. Great hourly, and you can get OT if the bar staff is short-staffed. One of the richest zip codes in Houston. People have money in this neighborhood.

      Minpunten

      Movies attract clientele. A James Bond movie will bring in a lot of tips because of the demographics of the clientele. A halloween or kids movie will not bring in as money tips.
