I would prefer to work for the devil before working for debbie The team leads/managers are only leads because they have withstood every round of layoffs and would not hold those positions in any other company due to severe lack of basic engineering/sales/marketing knowledge. So PRO: if you kiss the right bottom you will have steady employment
