We’re very sorry that you were impacted by the recent Sales restructure due to the impact of Covid-19 and associated operational changes. We know the consultation period can be challenging and there is always extensive support on offer – paid time off for training and interviews, the right to be accompanied by a colleague during the conversations, a consideration of every alternative option, the opportunities to apply for roles elsewhere within IRIS and mental health support (within IRIS and via confidential third parties if preferred) – to help during this difficult period. We also offer company-funded outplacement support and an ex-gratia payment in addition to statutory pay in order to financially support affected employees into their next chapter.
