Too laid back work environment. No plan, no structure. Had a massive hiring event, but didn't know what to do with the people they hired when they started. High up managers spend money on extravagant trips to Las Vegas and brag about how they don't care about landing small company contracts, the multi-million dollar companies are all that matter. Training is nonexistent. HR makes multiple mistakes with your benefits and accounts, but trying to touch base with them to correct the errors is extremely difficult. The CEO traveled to the Birmingham office and never bothered to introduce himself to the employees. Some didn't even know he had visited the location. Developers are left to code however they please with no requirements or instructions, leaving new developers confused and wondering why things were coded inefficiently. Everyone has an "I'm right, you're wrong" mentality, resulting in processes being implemented multiple ways if they even reach the implementation point. Quality Analysis is an afterthought, which will have serious consequences in the future.
