Minpunten
Next to zero employee benefits, apart from the standard you find in most places these days. No professional development offered or encouraged to anyone I know of in the business, in the several years i was there. Though the 80/20 framework is forced upon you everywhere. My salary was way under 'market value'. The performance management method here is woeful, the 'one size fits all' approach doesn't work, its design means you should only focus on a couple of specific objectives throughout the year, then if you're a lucky chosen one, you'll get a pay rise Company values are forced upon employees, yet the leadership team don't 'live' these values at all. The HR team are a tick and flick department, practically non existent, 1 or 2 exceptions aside, you are lucky if they even acknowledge you in the walkway. IT department is way understaffed, 2 managers left, 1 end of 2018, 1 in 2019, only 1 replaced in early 2020. Lots of very experienced staff and their business knowledge have left, some unwillingly, which has significantly weakened certain areas of the business, margins are down, r & d doesn't exist, bits of manufacturing are closing down
