It’s a collaborative environment where you feel encouraged to ask questions, learn, and contribute

Turnover here is extremely high, and moving up is nearly impossible unless you’re well connected. Merit and performance don’t seem to matter, which makes the workplace unstable and discouraging for anyone hoping to grow. On top of that, watch out for backstabbers and “manager’s pets” — the politics can be toxic.
