Minpunten

Lots of micromanagement and favoritism. The environment isn’t supportive, and executive management doesn’t really understand what it takes to get the work done. Long hours, and everyone looks exhausted and overworked. I don't not recommend.

Warm and welcoming environment filled with some of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. Extremely transparent higher-ups and everyone is willing to help one another. I learned a lot about advertising from every department.
