6yWe strive to hire employees who are excited about IXL's mission to improve learning through the best educational technology possible, which really comes through the universal feedback about how great our people are! We are investing in a few areas this year that address some of your feedback, including management development to provide our managers (many who have been promoted at IXL as first-time people managers) with skills and tools to facilitate employee growth discussions and activities. Leadership is also actively reviewing compensation across the company to ensure IXL's pay is competitive. Some departments have already seen the results of market-driven compensation changes over the last pay cycle.
