Pluspunten

The best reasons to work here are that today, jobs are hard to come by and it's a paycheck. Until they have a layoff and you are the one of the unlucky people who then don't have a paycheck. The other employees are dedicated, smart and usually very nice.

Minpunten

Management doesn't care about the employees, unless you are a friend of management. Most people here would quit in a minute if the job market was better.

Pluspunten

The Benefits are good and the Company pays almost 90% of the premiums. The 401K has a 100% match for the first 3% and no vesting period.

Minpunten

They lack regular employment reviews and almost no salary reviews in the last 10yrs except for a handful of key personnel.
