      I worked as an HR at Icecube Events, and today is my last working day. To be genuine and frank, Icecube Events is an incredibly employee and client-friendly organization. I got numerous opportunities to explore and build my career, for which I am always thankful to the entire team. The planning and execution of all events are incredible. Overall, Icecube Events provides a supportive environment that fosters career growth and professional development.

      One minor drawback is the limited number of employees. When unexpected events arise, there can be a rush. If there were more employees, the workload could be divided more efficiently. However, considering that there are times when there is no rush, the current number of employees is manageable.

      Supportive team with helpful guidance from employees throughout the internship. Team members were approachable, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The internship provided valuable hands-on experience and a great opportunity to learn about event management and professional coordination in a practical work setting

      As my internship duration was limited to 45 days, I had fewer opportunities to attend a larger number of events and gain wider on-ground exposure during the period.
