I worked with Idea Science for more than 4 years. In that time I The best aspects of working there: * Opportunity to grow: I learnt a lot during my time there, and had an opportunity to contribute in different roles. Having worked in bigger companies I don't take that for granted and it has helped me a lot to expand my horizons. * Relaxed and friendly team culture: everyone worked together and we got a lot more done than much larger competitors. * Vision: the CEO, had a vision for how a business should really value both customers and internal staff, and made that happen. * Flexible working options: there were times I needed to work from home and that was accommodated. * Great long term customer relationships: most of the main customers of the business were around for the entire time I was there, which meant we had great relationships with them, were always able to offer value, and felt we were trusted partners. For a while it seemed like the business had plateaued as it was a similar size with the same main customers for a number of years. Since then the business has grown a lot and I think it is continuing to do so.
