I started at Idea Science part-time whilst still a full-time university student and Idea Science have been incredibly accommodating to me throughout my degree and after completing. Not many organisations will hire an undergraduate university student and be understanding of balancing studying, work and life commitments.
I have been lucky to be build many fantastic relationships with senior leaders and other teammates, even if I do not directly work with them. The Idea Science culture is open and all members regardless of position/experience are willing to help you, even if that means delaying their own work. Idea Science is a company willing to invest in their employees and based on my experience I can not recommend them enough.
