Good benefits. Friendly managment, at least at the salary level. Genuinely good people that work there.

Focus of internal awards programs seems to be on those that stay long hours and over weekends. These are typically salaried employees, who are either fixing their own mistakes, or fixing mistakes of others in the chain. While company culture expresses communication as a virtue, communication of constructive criticism is ignored or penalised (unofficially).

Great work/life balance, Work is consistent and relative to the position. If you are a self starter then this is a good position. You are left alone to learn and manage yourself with very little oversight from management. Its a freeing working place

The pay, no upward movement, no raises.
