If you need to talk to the CEO / Owner about an issue (As there is no HR Rep), then you have to wait or catch him at his office without any appointment as he is very slow to respond to your email / phone calls.

Joined because I was excited to work on AI product called InferIQ. But it is just a glorified OCR.

Minpunten

Poor work culture. Leader in charge of the product keeps yelling at the team and threatens to fire people on team meetings. Product roadmap changing on a weekly basis based on trends this leader hears in the news. Teams are working late nights every day and on weekends. The product has failed completely, but the leader is close to owner, so the leader somehow continues to keep his job.
