location has to been changed and lift doesn't work after 11 PM. Incentive structure could have been better. Appraisal timeline should be changed instead of 15-17 months please keep to 12 months.
Joined because I was excited to work on AI product called InferIQ. But it is just a glorified OCR.

Poor work culture. Leader in charge of the product keeps yelling at the team and threatens to fire people on team meetings. Product roadmap changing on a weekly basis based on trends this leader hears in the news. Teams are working late nights every day and on weekends. The product has failed completely, but the leader is close to owner, so the leader somehow continues to keep his job.
