Minpunten
-The platform is beyond broken, yet zero priority to make any real improvements
-No 401k matching.
-No typical startup perks.
-Dry, bare-bones office with boring monthly “events” that are low effort/cost.
-Made up titles. Everyone is somehow a VP, director or senior manager.
-Only certain teams and people are allowed to work remote on Fridays (great for company culture and inclusion! Lol)
-No oversight. Half the people at the company don’t even work and it shows. Plenty of coworkers are just sitting back and collecting a check (could be a pro if you’re fine coasting).
-The “HR” team consists of one person, who is also the COO.
-No transparency with company direction or info. Announcements are super vague and stuff is kept hidden until release.
-Severe lack of dev and tech resources for certain teams. Be prepared to do manual tasks that most companies automated in 2012.
-High turnover for the company size/stage (not surprising, as most people use it to springboard to a better company with actual perks).
