We are sorry to hear that you feel micromanagement is a con at Ignition. Our goal is to foster a supportive and empowering environment where all employees can thrive and feel trusted in their roles. However, there may be times where more hands-on management from our front line leaders is required (ie: during development/training opportunities, to meet goals, etc).
