The company has no benefits or pros at all. I wouldn't even recommend such a pathetic company to an enemy!

-They cut your salary for the stupidest reasons. Salary is something employees rely on as a livelihood. The company doesn't give two hoots about salary and cut it regardless of how the employee may suffer. -very selfish approach. The company is excellent at getting their own targets done by making employees work weekends, over time(without pay), and even making it very tough to apply for leaves -ULTRA TOXIC WORK CULTURE THRIVES HERE. You need to be nice to your managers at all times without questioning them. And they insult you, threaten you and talk to you anyhow they like. -If they need employees that have resigned, they play all kinds of games to block papers and not pay due salary. -There is ZERO WORK LIFE BALANCE! THE COMPANY EXPECTS YOU TO SLOG AND gives nothing in return but insults and SALARY CUTS. -HIGHLY DEPSOTIC AND AUTOCRATIC manner of leadership.
