1)-Good place to work for internship. 2)-Salary on time.

Minpunten

1)-Salary 12,500/- 2)-Internship period of 11 months. 3)-They will keep you in dark of how much salary you will get after internship and will offer a 500 hike and if you deny then they will replace you with cheap labour. 3)-Will give very less increment after 11 months of internship. 4)-They will ignore your education qualifications as well as work experience, so no scope of growth and sustainable salary.

Working with a young organization is always a pro as you get to learn alot with more responsibility in your given role. The CEO closely works with all the teams and is open for discussions on improvement and to move ahead. Facilitates growth for open minded people
