Very basic pay, pay ranges from store to store despite work being the same. Keeps track of how much employees sell and compares employees and stores to one another. Trains sales reps to give misleading price quotes that often end up being more expensive. The CEO is kinda crazy, goes on google reviews and reply’s to them saying everyone lies lmao.
