The CEO listed for this company hasn't been the CEO for probably ten years. -Fun technology -Very nice, really sharp people -Lots of fun work events! Top Golf, escape rooms, curling, rafting, happy hours. There's an average of one fun event every other month or so. It's great! -Realistically, it's probably the best company I've ever worked for. Just fun, earnest, hardworking people and cool products.

Small company with amazing global reach. Opportunities to contribute significantly often arise. Interesting technologies, good challenge for engineers. ISS has good reputation in transportation industry. Competitors respect ISS. Great domestic and international partners.

Work atmosphere can be highly dependent upon executive team, though strong middle managers can make a difference. Success of legacy products, and large install base, has created inertia which often hampers ability to respond quickly to competitive demands, with limited resources available.
